Dear Sir:
On October 4, 1976, I forwarded to you a check for $800 which,together with other voluntary contributions made after the Deathof my mother, was to be used to permanently endow a perpetual La Canada Teachers Association scholarship in memory of Dorothy I. Griffin. To this date, our family has not been informed as to whether this scholarship was indeed fully endowed and established. It was not my intent to. make a general contribution to the scholarship fund but rather to establish a named endowed scholarship, as I indicated. in my letter of October 4, 1976.
Please inform me whether this fund was indeed endowed and established and whether scholarships have been granted to deserving recipients. I would very much like to write a personal letter of congratulation to each annual recipient.
