Oct 1 Arrived in Beziers this morning; tracted. This afternoon I studied. Tonight we held the conference -trouble 350.

Oct 2 Left Beziers this morning early. Arrived in Nimes about noon. Tracted this afternoon and Relief Society tonight.

Oct 3 Tracted with frere Thalman; had a good day. Conference-tonight at Nimes. Had 85 out good conference.

Oct 4 Came over to Marseille early this morning. Made out report and went out with the President this afternoon. Show tonight.

Oct 5 Had a real good missionary meeting this morning. Went out to the tunnel this afternoon. Nice little trip.

Oct 6 Held another missionary and fast meeting today. Was a good meeting. Held wonderful conference tonight - 65 out; rain.

Oct 7 Went to Tulon with President Christensen today to see the printer about tracts. Ruined. President left tonight

Oct 8 Tracted this morning with frere Robbins. Had pretty good day. Visited this afternoon. Wrote grandmother tonight.

Oct 9 Spent the day out in the country with frere Robbins hunting a tracting district. Visited frere.

Oct 10 Just about wasted the day. Frere Clark spent the day getting fixed up at the Police. Frere Johnson leaves in the morning.

Oct 11 Frere Johnson left this morning. Tracted alone this morning. Went out to see Butners this afternoon. Cresin tonight.

Oct 12 Played tennis this morning. Took a bath and wrote this afternoon. Saw show tonight - the rocks.

Oct 13 Read this morning - went out to the meeting this afternoon - 15 out. Was a good meeting. Visit seours.

Oct 14 Spent the day country tracting. The big lady gave me some letters. Visited the man sent invite.

Oct 15 Left Marseille for Montpellier early this morning. Chased visitors this afternoon. No success.
