Sep 1 Went for a walk this morning, Studied this afternoon. Had a good testimony meeting tonight. Visited sisters.

Sep 2 Left Marseille this morning about 12:30 for Barcelona. Spent a few hours at Port Bau and arrived tonight about 8:30.

Sep 3 Spent one of the greatest day of my life. Saw Barcelona and part of the exposition. Is surely wonderful. This morning we took an auto trip about the town. It is surely a modern, wonderful place - big wide streets, nice shops, and real good systems.

This afternoon and evening we spent at the exposition - it's the most wonderful thing I've ever seen. The lighting effect and the water works were especially beautiful. It's just like a dream diary - but as usual I do my dreaming alone.

Sep 4 Spent the morning out at the exposition. Surely saw some wonderful things. Spent the night at Pueblo Espangola.

Sep 5 Spent this morning at the exposition. Saw a lot more wonderful things. Left for Marseille tonight at 6:55.

Sep 6 After spending the night on the train, we arrived in Marseille at 8 this morning. Spent the day sleeping. Got letter from the President.

Sep 7 Left early this morning for Montpellier. Went swimming down at Palavas this afternoon. Was surely keen. Saw show tonight.

Sep 8 Held meeting in Montpellier today - only had 5 there. Good spirit. Got another punk letter from Dot. Wrote home and to her.

Sep 9 Went country tracting today. Had a real good day. They are harvesting the grapes now. Wrote letters tonight.

Sep 10 Tracted this morning with frere Osborn. Not so bad. This afternoon we saw a few old friends.

Sep 11 Rained hard all morning so we stayed in and studied. Held a class and made a good visit this afternoon.

Sep 12 Tracted this morning with frere Fischer. Was not so good. Looked up halls this afternoon. Came over to Nimes tonight.

Sep 13 Today was another Friday the 13th. Nothing unusual happened. Just tracting and visiting all day.
