Aug 7 Tracting - Visited inv. this afternoon with better results. Got mail from Dot and Mother. Saints are ill.

Aug 8 Tracted as usual today. This afternoon we went to soeur Combe's and made ice cream. Was really good. English class tonight.

Aug 9 Spent the morning an biggest part of afternoon tracting. Visited Mme Guillat, etc. Held class tonight - was hard going.

Aug 10 Felt rotten today but got in three hours anyway. Went up to local and listened to them practice. Took Vig to show tonight.

Aug 11 Got up late; took a bath and wrote three letters, and then call it a morning. Went out to S----- this afternoon.

Aug 12 Held meeting tonight; had 22 out. Was not so bad except it was awfully hot. Didn't do much today.

Aug 13 Tracted this morning. Was surely hot. Hunted visits with little success this afternoon. Lesson with Soeur Guillot.

Aug 14 Chased sachs with Vig all morning. Tracted this afternoon. Visited Saints tonight.- Got mail today.

Aug 15 Went on excursion with the branch - Had quite a few there and had a real good time. Uriage.

Aug 16 Tracted this morning. Didn't have a bad morning. Spent the afternoon at Vigs good too. Had class tonight - good.

Aug 17 Tracted this morning - went with soeur Combe to see about Piano this afternoon and visited soeur Guillot tonight (good day)

Aug 18 Took a bath and wrote 4 letters this morning. Went to a show this afternoon and tonight were good shows too.

Aug 19 Frere Caldwell arrived today. Held meeting tonight; only had 20 out. However was good meeting. Mail from Dot.

Aug 20 Tracted this morning with frere Caldwell. He is surely a good missionary. Saw witch about the sign, etc. Mail.

Aug 21 Tracted this morning opening up. Pretty good morning. This afternoon we went out to Uiselle and visited the diateom.

Aug 22 A year ago today I went down to school. Had a pretty tough day. Held class tonight. Tracting, Visit seour Combe.

Aug 23 Spent the morning opening up. This afternoon we visited Vig - tonight we held the class. Frefe Caldwell was pleased.

Aug 24 Tracted again this morning with frere Caldwell. Had a good morning. Visited all afternoon. Good visit tonight.

Aug 25 Played tennis this morning with frere Caldwell. Also went up to the fort by St Laurent. Visit inv. this afternoon. Show tonight.

Aug 26 Meeting as usual. Frere Caldwell stayed over so I got out of speaking. Had 23 out. Didn't go over so well. Visit seour Combe.
