Dec 1 Went tracting today with Creer. Rather peculiar and different. Will get along alright, I guess. Went to see the opera "Maroon" tonight.

Dec 2 Three months ago I left home. Seems ages. Had a pretty good day today. Had a good visit tonight with the Saints.

Dec 3 Didn't do much today except write letters. Got mail from home - was very good. Went to a rotten show tonight (Sa va bien)

Dec 4 Today was Sunday. Had Fast meeting. Bore my testimony in French. Passed like all other Sundays (bien).

Dec 5 Went tracting - quite enjoyed it today for a change. Went on a night visit tonight. Coming fine. Wrote home tonight (bien).

Dec 6 Tracted this morning. Nelson arrived at noon today. Hunted L'ocal all afternoon. No results. Visited Saints tonight.

Dec 7 Tracted this morning - not so good. The Saints had friends here tonight. Look like very good prospects. Dont feel right.

Dec 8 Tracted all day - almost - with Nelson. Went to see a show tonight. Sure feel good tonight. There's a full moon, etc. (bien).

Dec 9 Tracted this morning and a little this afternoon. Nelson left today. Visited Saints tonight. They surely treat us great.

Dec 10 Went out to Mageo today. Arranged visit for wednesday noon. Went to see operette "B-- Phi" tonight - was good.

Dec 11 Just another Sunday. Made visit. Not much hope. Had meeting tonight. The Saints went to Nimes today.

Dec 12 Tracted. Visited friends of would-be friends. Rotten results. Wrote a letter home tonight

Dec 13 Tracted this morning. Visited Proff. and wife and another lady this afternoon. They treated us real nice. A contrast to yesterday.

Dec 14 Tracted - visited investigators. Was a very good visit and looks as that will all be well. Visited Saints tonight (bien).

Dec 15 Found a L'ocal today. Pretty good. Tracted four hours. Got invited in, etc. Made two visits today. Not bad. Have hopes.

Dec 16 Went to Marseilles tonight. Saw a show. Called off visits this morning. Stayed with the Elders tonight.
